Goodlock started in 2009 after fifteen years fitting doors and windows around Hampshire. Too many customers had been told a sticking door needed replacing when it only needed a small part, so the owner trained up as a locksmith and went out on their own.
These days it's still just a two-person team. That means you speak to the person who's coming out, and there's no padding invoices to keep an office running. If it's something we can't help with — safes, or a fleet of commercial doors — we'll say so and point you at someone who can.
We keep British Standard cylinders, UPVC gearboxes, handles and the common euro sizes stocked in the van, so most jobs are done in one visit.

Snapped my key in the front door at half seven on a Sunday evening with two kids in the car. The phone was answered straight away and the locksmith was with us in about 25 minutes. Opened it without any damage and cut me a spare there and then.
Two other companies quoted me for a brand new composite door. Goodlock replaced the gearbox in the mechanism for a fraction of that and it's been faultless since. Honest service, and I was told exactly what was being done.
